Former Animal Hospital Could Become Courthouse In Radnor
Township officials will consider approving the purchase of the building, which would be leased to the county.
RADNOR, PA — A former veterinary hospital building could be purchased by Radnor Township and converted into a courthouse.
According to a proposed ordinance, the township is seeking to purchase the 16,933-square-foot commercial building on 405 W Wayne Ave. for $1.45 million.
Delaware County would lease it from the township, moving the local magisterial court to that location.
