Intoxicated Man Falls In Parking Lot Attempting To Buy More Liquor: Warminster Crimes
The Warminster Township Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for May.
WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA — The Warminster Township Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for May.
These are the criminal incidents:
- Police officers were dispatched to Madison Avenue for a report of a domestic in progress. When officers arrived, they spoke to a woman who said the man, whom she had a Protection from Abuse against, was on her roof. Officers instructed the 50-year-old man off the roof. The Warminster Fire Department was dispatched to help him. After two hours, the man jumped onto a nearby tree. He was taken into custody. He was arraigned by Judge Galloway with bail set at 10 percent of $10,000. He is being held at the Bucks County Prison after being charged with Stalking, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Defiant Trespass.
- Officers were dispatched to Giant for a report of an intoxicated subject. Police found a man passed out on a bench in the store. The 39-year-old man is known to police. He was unable to walk to the police car unassisted. Officers transported him to his home when he decided that he would go to a detox unit. Central Bucks Ambulance responded and transported him to Doylestown Hospital. He will be cited for Public Drunkenness via the mail.
- Officers were dispatched to Madison Avenue for a Protection from Abuse violation. The woman advised that she heard noises in the house and awoke to find a man standing in the doorway of her bedroom. She began to record the man after telling him to leave. He left in an unknown direction. Officers located the 50-year-old man, who had several Protection from Abuse violations and other charges against him. He was arraigned before Judge Galloway, and bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.
- Officers were dispatched to Madison Avenue for a report of criminal mischief. The female caller advised that she woke up to find the 50-year-old man in her bed, and he advised her that he had taken a wheel off her vehicle. The woman has a Protection from Abuse Order against him. She advised the man that she was going to call police, but he fled on foot. The man has three active warrants for violations to this Protection from Abuse Order. He was located and arraigned before Judge Galloway. Bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000. The man was transported to Bucks County Prison. He was charged with Violation of Order and Indirect Criminal Contempt.
- A woman phoned Bucks County Radio to request a phone call from an officer. When an officer spoke to her, she advised that the man she has a Protection from Abuse Order against has continually called her. The 50-year-old man asked in one conversation how she was getting to court today. The woman was afraid that the man had done something to her car, as he had done in the past. Judge O'Neill signed a warrant for his arrest. The officer phoned the man to allow him to turn himself in. He was taken into custody and arraigned before Judge Galloway, and bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000. The man was transported to Bucks County Prison.
- Officers were dispatched to Weis Markets for a report of a retail theft. Two female juveniles were stopped in Warwick after a description was given over Bucks County Radio. Mothers of each of the 14-year-old girls were called to advise of the situation. Both will be cited for Retail Theft via the mail and they were advised that they are no longer allowed in Weis Markets.
- Officers were dispatched to Giant parking lot for a man who had fallen in the parking lot. The man advised that he drove to the Wine & Spirits store to buy more alcohol. The 23-year-old man was slurring his speech, unable to lift his head and speak to Officers. Central Bucks EMS responded and transported the male to Doylestown Hospital for evaluation. The man will be cited for Public Drunkenness via the mail.
