• West Chester Cracks Down on Where Smoke Shop Locations Can Open (vista.today) — West Chester Borough Council has tightened where new smoke and vape shops can open, limiting them to certain commercial districts and keeping them at least 500 feet from schools, bus stops, and other sensitive sites. Existing shops are grandfathered in, but any future stores will face strict spacing, age-verification, and location rules aimed at protecting neighborhood quality of life.
