Evidence issues persist in Edwardsville murder case (citizensvoice.com) — A Wilkes-Barre man facing murder charges in an Edwardsville shooting is still waiting for key evidence from prosecutors, even as his Sept. 18 trial date approaches. His Wilkes-Barre-based attorneys say crucial phone, video, and DNA records remain outstanding, while county prosecutors insist they've largely complied, prompting a new court hearing this Tuesday.
