As we get older, life brings questions that don't always have easy answers.
How do you know when it's time to stop driving? When is it no longer safe to live alone? What happens when someone doesn't recognize changes in their own memory or thinking? And who gets to make those decisions?
These are conversations many families have—or will have—but they're not always easy to start.
That's why we're inviting you to join us for Bridging Blocks | As We Age, Who Decides? It's a chance to come together, hear different perspectives, ask questions, and share experiences in a welcoming, judgment-free setting. No lectures. No debates. Just an honest community conversation about something that touches all of us.
Whether you're thinking about your own future, helping a parent or loved one, or simply interested in the topic, we'd love to have you with us.
Hosted by Tony Cuffie, Senior Manager of Community & Engagement at WHYY News, and moderated by Brisa Luzzi Castro, Community Convener at WHYY News.
