Florida Man, Connecticut Woman Arrested After Cranston Crash: Cops
The man and woman were arrested by state troopers responding to a crash, police said.
CRANSTON, RI — A Florida man and a Cranston woman were arrested following a crash in Cranston, police said.
Reinaldo Capo Rosario, 55, and Gretchen Martinez, 45, were arrested shortly before 11 p.m. Saturday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Capo Rosario, a resident of Florida City, was charged with driving under the influence, violating a no-contact order and refusing to submit to a chemical test, the release said.

Martinez, a resident of New London, was charged with violating a no-contact order, according to the release.
Capo Rosario and Martinez were arrested by troopers responding to a crash on Interstate 295, the release said.

Capo Rosario and Martinez were processed at state police headquarters and arraigned, according to the release.

Capo Rosario was turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center and held as a probation violator, according to police, and Martinez was released with a court date.
