Woman arrested twice in Lincoln, Cranston (newportdispatch.com) — State police arrested a Cranston woman twice within a few hours, first after a domestic disturbance in Lincoln and then following a traffic stop on Second Avenue in Cranston for violating a no-contact order. Additional overnight arrests tied to Pawtucket, Warwick, and Providence incidents were also processed through the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
