MA Man Arrested On DUI Charge In Providence: Cops
The Fall River man was pulled over on Hartford Avenue, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Massachusetts man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence in Providence, police said.
Johnmar Ortiz Ponce, 34, was pulled over and arrested on Hartford Avenue shortly after 1:30 a.m. Thursday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Ortiz Ponce was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a notice to appear in court, according to police.
