Pawtucket Man Wanted On Reckless Driving Charge Nabbed At Traffic Tribunal: Cops
He was also charged with obstructing, police said.
CRANSTON, RI — A Pawtucket man wanted on a charge of reckless driving was arrested at the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal, police said.
Papa Ndiaye, 20, was also wanted on a charge of obstructing a police officer in the execution of duty, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
The charges stemmed from a Providence Police Department case, the release said.

Ndiaye was arrested about 10 a.m. Thursday, according to the police.
"Ndiaye was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and turned over to the Providence Police Department," the release said.
