Providence Couple Charged With Child Endangerment
The couple was investigated by the Special Victims Unit, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence couple was charged with child endangerment, police said.
Stephen Anderson, 44, and Tara Goodinson, 41, were arrested about 1:30 p.m. Sept. 28, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
The arrests were the "result of an investigation conducted by members of the Special Victims Unit," the release said.

Anderson and Goodinson were processed at state police headquarters and released pending a court appearance, according to police.
