Providence Man Killed In Connecticut Crash: Cops
The Providence driver rear-ended a car on I-95, police said.
MADISON, CT — A Providence man was killed in a crash on Interstate 95 in Connecticut, police said.
Joseph Baez, 28, was heading south in a BMW when he rear-ended a Subaru Crosstrek driven by a 74-year-old Connecticut woman shortly before 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, according to a Connecticut State Police report.
Baez was traveling "at a high rate of speed," the report said.

Baez was "transported to Yale New Haven Hospital and was later pronounced deceased as a result of his injuries," according to the report.
