Providence Road Walker Charged With Obstructing: Cops
The Providence woman was on probation at the time of her arrest, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence road walker was charged with obstruction, police said.
Milena Polanco, 41, was arrested shortly before 9:30 p.m. Friday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Polanco was arrested by troopers "responding to reports of a road walker" on Interstate 195 in Providence, according to the release.

"Polanco was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a probation violator," the release said.
