• Heavy rain causes property damage in West Bay (turnto10.com) — Heavy rain on Sunday led to serious flooding in West Warwick, damaging homes, collapsing a costly retaining wall on Newell Street, and forcing at least one building evacuation on Andrews Avenue. Residents say long-standing drainage problems and inadequate storm-drain maintenance made the flooding worse, while nearby Warwick homeowners also reported worsening water issues around their properties.
