• Beaufort Memorial Hospital invests in second workforce housing initiative (wsav.com) — Beaufort Memorial is backing new workforce apartments and a major housing project tied to its upcoming Bluffton hospital and Hilton Head emergency department, aiming to keep staff living close to where they work. The Live Well Terrace complex near the new Bluffton facility will offer 120 units by spring 2027, targeting middle‑income workers like hospital techs, firefighters and students.
