• Livewell Terrace breaks ground in Bluffton, bringing 120 affordable housing units near new hospital (wtoc.com) — Bluffton is moving ahead with Livewell Terrace, a 120-unit affordable apartment community along Buckwalter Parkway near the incoming Beaufort Memorial Community Hospital. Aimed largely at medical workers but open to other qualifying renters, the $39 million project will offer income-restricted units, on-site medical office space, and is expected to open in about a year to ease local workforce housing pressures.
