• Argyle ISD to add intermediate schools as part of new long-range strategic plan - Cross Timbers Gazette Southern Denton County Flower Mound (crosstimbersgazette.com) — Argyle ISD has approved a long-range plan that will add intermediate schools and shift all four elementaries to serving Pre-K through fourth grade starting in 2027–28. The Michael Ball campus on FM 407 will open as an intermediate school, with future middle and high school feeder changes designed to handle rapid growth while managing taxpayer resources responsibly. 
• In-state 4-star WR include Horns in final 3 teams with decision in less than a month (hookemheadlines.com) — Argyle football fans will be watching closely as hometown wide receiver Julian Caldwell, a top-80 national recruit from Argyle High School, announces his college choice on May 9. The four-star junior has narrowed his options to Texas, Oregon, and Texas Tech after a standout 1,700-yard season that’s drawing statewide attention.
