Local and regional law enforcement agencies pursued him from The Woodlands into Harris County, later recovering stolen tools and catalytic converters and tying him to multiple felony cases.

Residents are urged to review emergency plans, assemble basic supply kits, stay weather-aware, and use Entergy's text alerts, outage map, and storm center resources if heavy rain or gusty winds affect the area.
