(patch.com) — Police are asking Annandale residents to help find 16-year-old Willow Higdon, last seen in the 7200 block of Columbia Pike and considered endangered due to health concerns. She's described as 5-foot-4, about 100 pounds, with dyed dark brown hair and green eyes. Anyone who may have seen her or knows her whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately.
