Arlington Man Charged In Sex Offenses Case; Police Seek Other Possible Victims
Arlington police charged a 42-year-old man and are seeking possible additional victims in an active investigation.

ARLINGTON, VA — An Arlington man has been charged with sexually based offenses after police said he allegedly had inappropriate contact with a teenage girl who was known to him.
The Arlington County Police Department said its Special Victims Unit began investigating on June 5 after receiving information that the alleged contacts occurred in May.
Jeremy Mishler, 42, of Arlington, was arrested Monday, July 6, and charged with two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a supervisory or custodial relationship, assault and battery, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, police said.

Police said additional details about the investigation are restricted from release under Virginia law.
The investigation remains active, and detectives believe there may be additional victims, according to police. Authorities said Mishler previously volunteered with youth at Cherrydale Baptist Church.
