Loudoun Supervisors Try To End By-Right Approval For Last Exempted Data Centers (patch.com) — Ashburn residents could soon get a louder voice on data center growth as two Loudoun supervisors move to end by-right approval for more than 20 grandfathered projects. Their proposal would force these large facilities, many tied to Data Center Alley, into public hearings and full board votes, citing concerns over noise, infrastructure strain, and quality of life.

Reston Filmmaker Debuts 'Prosperity Creek' (centre-view.com) — A locally made sci‑fi satire, "Prosperity Creek," will screen at Alamo Drafthouse One Loudoun in Ashburn on Sept. 2, with a live Q&A from its Reston‑area creators.
