Teen Suspected Of Involvement In Selling Narcotics To Juveniles Arrested: LCSO
An 18-year-old Loudoun County resident faces drug and weapons charges after an investigation into fentanyl distribution.
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA – An 18-year-old Sterling man has been arrested following an investigation into suspected fentanyl distribution to juveniles, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday.
According to the LCSO, Eddy Garcia Posas, 18, of Sterling, was arrested on Sept. 11 and charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute narcotics and one count of possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance. LCSO says deputies seized suspected narcotics, a firearm and narcotics paraphernalia during a search and say Garcia Posas is connected with recent sales of illicit narcotics to underage residents in the county.
Garcia Posas is being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
