• Luck Stone Build on Autonomous Hauling Success With Caterpillar (aggregatesandminingtoday.com) — Luck Stone’s Bull Run Quarry in Virginia is serving as the proving ground for Caterpillar’s autonomous hauling technology, which has already moved more than 3.5 million tons there since late 2024. Building on that success, the companies are now rolling out similar self-driving truck fleets at two additional Virginia quarries, aiming to improve safety, consistency, and workforce skill development across their operations.
