• Second man linked to January shooting death (shoredailynews.com) — A Dillwyn man, 28-year-old Brent Russell Davis of Back Mountain Road, has been indicted on a felony charge alleging he strangled a woman who was 24 weeks pregnant in April. His case appears alongside several serious Eastern Shore indictments tied to a separate January 2025 shooting death and an Exmore hotel assault.
