E-Bike Rider Hospitalized Following Dunn Loring Crash: Fairfax Police
Motorists were asked to avoid the intersection of Electric Avenue and Cedar Lane as police investigated a crash with injuries.
DUNN LORING, VA — Fairfax County police were asking motorists in Dunn Loring to seek alternate routes as they investigated a crash involving a vehicle and an e-bike at Cedar Lane and Electric Avenue around 5 p.m. on Thursday, according to a post on the department's X account.
"The adult male cyclist was taken to a local hospital in life-threatening condition," police said. "The driver of the vehicle remained on scene."
Detectives from FCPD's Crash Reconstruction Unit were en route to investigate the incident. The intersection was closed, according to police.
