• NoVA Sex Offender With 10 Prior Child Porn Convictions Arrested On New Federal Charge (patch.com) — Herndon residents are learning that a 49-year-old registered sex offender from their town, previously convicted of 10 child pornography felonies, has now been arrested on a new federal conspiracy charge. The case, which stems from a 2025 Fairfax County sting and subsequent FBI investigation, led local prosecutors to drop multiple state charges just before federal authorities took him into custody.
