Join us at Kingstowne Regional Library for a hands-on workshop led by Heather Thornton, a certified tea sommelier and founder of the UppiTea Experience, where participants will learn about and taste various premium teas. The session will highlight how tea can support mindfulness, foster cross-cultural connection, and enrich daily routines. All materials provided. For adults (18+).
