Fairfax Firefighters Tackle Garbage Truck Vs. House (PHOTO)

The dramatic scene resulted in no injuries.

LORTON, VA –The Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department responded to an unusual call on April 28: a garbage truck had crashed into the side of a Lorton home and got stuck.

At 11:18 a.m., firefighters arrived at the home on the 7600 block of Henry Knox Drive. They found a garbage truck crashed into the side of a single-family home, they reported.

According to firefighters, no one was in the house when the accident occurred. One person was evaluated, but no injuries were reported.
