See Who's Participating In The Upcoming VA 8 Candidates Forum
Three of the four candidates vying for Virginia's eighth Congressional District seat will participate in the upcoming forum, organizers say.
FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA – The McLean Citizens Association and the League of Women Voters are partnering to present candidate forums for Congressional candidates vying to represent Virginia’s eighth and 11th Congressional districts, in which parts of Fairfax County lie.
The team will present a live, online candidate forum for Virginia’s eighth district on Monday, Sept. 28, at 8 p.m. According to the MCA, Republican candidate Tony Sabio, Libertarian candidate Shelly Arnoldi and Independent candidate Tim Sharman will participate.
Incumbent Congressman Don Beyer, who is running for reelection, is not at this time scheduled to participate.

The forum can be viewed live on Fairfax Public Access, Channel 10 TV Cox and Verizon Fios or livestreamed at https://www.youtube.com/c/InsideScoopTVShow. Viewers will be able to call with questions during the broadcast. A contact number will be displayed on the screen, the MCA says.
The McLean Citizens Association is a volunteer, nongovernmental organization that describes itself as “an unofficial town hall for the residents of greater McLean.”
