• Maryland man pleads guilty to abduction, sexual battery, bestiality materials and jail robbery (shoredailynews.com) — A Maryland man has pleaded guilty to abducting and assaulting a woman from Melfa, along with possessing illegal materials and later robbing another inmate at Accomack Jail. Prosecutors and the defense have proposed a plea agreement calling for 12 active years in prison, but the judge will decide after a full presentence report and evaluation, with another hearing set for November.
