• Hollywood Meets Hunt Country at Middleburg Film Festival (georgetowner.com) — Middleburg is about to host the 14th annual Middleburg Film Festival from Thursday, Oct. 15 through Sunday, Oct. 18, with screenings around town including at Salamander Resort. Residents can catch independent films, documentaries, and awards contenders, plus conversations with filmmakers and actors. The festival opens with Jesse Eisenberg’s “The Debut” and closes with “Being Heumann,” with full schedules and tickets available online.
