Supervisor Rodney Lusk is holding a community meeting to discuss a Special Exception application (SE-2025-FR-00044) from CM Beulah LLC, an affiliate of Craftmark Homes, to build an 86-unit, four-story age-restricted development on roughly 11 acres of wooded land at Beulah Street and Steinway Street, Alexandria, VA.
