Understanding Automated License Plate Readers
Who’s Watching the Road? Understanding License Plate Readers & Your Privacy
Automated License Plate Readers (ALPRs), including systems like Flock Safety, are gaining nationwide attention and raising important questions about surveillance, data collection, and our privacy rights. Join us for an informative presentation exploring how these technologies work, how the collected data is used, and what they may mean for our civil liberties. Stay afterward for a Q&A session and an opportunity to ask questions and share your thoughts.
Hosted by Unity of Fairfax’s Social Justice Team. Come learn, ask questions, and be part of the conversation!
