2 Hospitalized After Rollover Crash In Potomac Yard
Two people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash on Sunday afternoon, according to the Alexandria Police Department.
ALEXANDRIA, VA – Two people were hospitalized, one with life-threatening injuries, after a rollover crash involving two vehicles in Alexandria on Sunday, Alexandria police say.
The crash occurred at Richmond Highway and E. Reed Avenue, the Alexandria City Police Department said. ALX Now reports that the accident occurred around 3:12 p.m. and involved a Honda and a Mercedes SUV. The Honda ended up on its side, and first responders had to extricate the driver, according to the outlet.
Two people were hospitalized, one with life-threatening injuries, the Alexandria Police Department confirmed.

The speed limit at that intersection is 25 miles per hour. Social media users responding to the APD’s Facebook post were incredulous that such a destructive accident could occur in an area with such a low posted speed.
