Mayo Bridge replacement project, City of Richmond (virginia.gov) — Richmond residents are invited Oct. 21 to review and comment on VDOT's proposed replacement of the historic Mayo Bridge over the James River, with new features for drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians. The open-house meeting at PlanRVA on Hull Street runs 5–7 p.m., and written feedback will be accepted through Nov. 1.

Richmond leaders introduce changes to proposed solar project (wric.com) — Richmond officials are revising a stalled plan to install solar panels on city buildings after a close City Council vote rejected the original proposal. A scaled-back version would cover 17 buildings and still save millions over 25 years, with a special meeting set Oct. 5 to decide whether the city finally moves forward on solar.

Richmond FBI offering $15k reward to find wanted murder suspect (nbc12.com) — The FBI's Richmond Field Office is offering up to $15,000 for tips leading to the arrest of Kemondre Travis Daily, wanted in a January 8 Henrico County homicide. Richmond-area residents who may know his whereabouts are urged to contact the FBI Richmond office at (804) 261-1044 or submit information online at tips.fbi.gov.
