(cardinalnews.org) — Rocky Mount is on the itinerary for a fall campaign tour by former Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears, who's urging Virginians to vote no on three statewide constitutional amendments. This November, voters will decide on protecting reproductive health access, removing the same-sex marriage ban, and automatically restoring voting rights after incarceration, with supporters and opponents already organizing across Virginia.
