Another Teen Robbed Of Shoes At Potomac Mills Mall: Police

A 14-year-old boy was robbed of his designer shoes at the outlet mall on Saturday.

WOODBRIDGE, VA – A 14-year-old boy was robbed of his shoes at the Potomac Mills mall on Saturday, Prince William County police say.

According to a police report, the officers responded to the mall’s common area at 8:30 p.m., where a 14-year-old boy had been sitting with 3 acquaintances when 2 unknown boys approached them. Police say the victim was pushed to the ground as the two suspects took his Balenciaga shoes and left on foot.

No injuries were reported.

The suspects are described as a White male juvenile wearing an Under Armour T-shirt, black puffer jacket, black backpack and dark-colored ski mask on his head; and a White male juvenile with dark curly hair, wearing glasses, a black puffer jacket, blue jeans and a dark-colored ski mask on his head.

The theft follows an incident in late January in which two 13-year-old boys were assaulted by a pair of boys wearing face masks. One 13-year-old in that incident had his shoes stolen as well, according to WUSA9 and other reports.
