Waukesha firefighters urge drivers to pull over especially at deadly intersection (dailydispatch.com) — Firefighters in the Village of Waukesha are warning drivers to pull over promptly for emergency vehicles at Highway 164 and Lawndale, a crash-prone intersection near Fox River Christian Church. The spot has seen nine serious crashes, including one fatal, in the past two and a half years, and crews say too many drivers still fail to yield when ambulances approach.

Waukesha students return to class amid elementary school closures (wisn.com) — Families in Waukesha are starting the school year with fewer neighborhood schools after the district closed three elementary campuses and consolidated its STEM programs into the new Waukesha STEM Academy.
