• Waukesha School District ready to start new school year (gmtoday.com) — Waukesha families can expect school buildings to be ready early, with staff already moving into freshly reorganized campuses and average elementary class sizes edging down to about 20.5 students. Under the Optimizing Our Future plan, several buildings have closed, others reopened on a tight summer schedule, and new technology plus a redesigned website and app aim to improve classroom tools and family communication.
