• Alleged domestic violence situation leads to gunfire between authorities, suspect (wbrc.com) — A late-night domestic violence call on St. John Lane in Pinson led to gunfire between a 39-year-old suspect and Jefferson County deputies before the man fled into nearby woods and was later arrested. No injuries were reported to the woman or her two children, and the suspect now faces multiple serious charges while investigators continue to seek additional information.
