Adobe Population Health to Host Pop-Up Health Fairs for WellCare Members in July and August

Adobe Population Health, an innovative care management company serving the southwest, announced today they will be offering health fairs at three Arizona locations in July and August for WellCare members.

Health fairs will have representatives on-site providing point-of-care testing, immunizations and boosters, well-child visits, comprehensive health assessments and more unless otherwise noted below.

• Saturday, July 11^th – Mojave Community College – 1971 Jagerson Ave, Room 240, Kingman, AZ – 10AM - 3PM – Blood Pressure Checks, A1C Checks, Eye Exams, Comprehensive Exams, Well Child Visits
• Saturday, July 25^th – Yuma Civic Center - 1440 W Desert Hills Drive, Yuma, AZ– 9AM - 2PM – Blood Pressure Checks, A1C Checks, Eye Exams, Comprehensive Exams, Well Child Visits
• Saturday, August 1^st – Murdoch Community Center – 203 E Brannen Ave, Flagstaff, AZ – 9AM - 2PM – Blood Pressure Checks, A1C Checks, Diabetic Eye Exams, Comprehensive Exams, and Well Child Visits
