• Phoenix proposal aims to grow EV charging network, closing gaps in low-income areas (kjzz.org) — Phoenix is weighing a plan to add up to 1,900 new high-mileage EV charging ports across the Valley, with a focus on low-income neighborhoods and underserved West Valley areas. The draft Charging Action Plan also targets busy hubs like Sky Harbor and Old Town, aims for a 500-vehicle city EV fleet by 2030, and is open for public comment through October 14.
