Motorcycle Rider Killed After Collision With Car In Riverside County: Police
Investigators were notified on Thursday that the rider had succumbed to their injuries, police said.
HEMET, CA — A motorcycle rider died in a local hospital after colliding with a car in Hemet, police announced on Thursday.
The crash was reported at about 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday near Sanderson and Florida avenues, according to the Hemet Police Department.
Police said the driver of a Toyota sedan was making a northbound turn onto Sanderson Avenue when it collided with a Harley Davidson motorcycle.

The motorcycle rider sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The driver of the sedan remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators, police said.
Investigators with Hemet Police Department were notified on Thursday that the rider had succumbed to their injuries and was pronounced dead.

The rider's identity was withheld pending notification of next of kin, police said.
