• RPV Moves Ahead With Study Of New Developer Fees (patch.com) — Rancho Palos Verdes is moving forward with a detailed study of potential development impact fees that could help fund local roads, parks, public safety and other infrastructure through 2050. City leaders approved up to $50,000 for the nexus study, which will analyze how much growth is expected, what projects could qualify and whether new construction in RPV should shoulder more of the long-term costs.
