Our support groups offer a safe space to address the challenges that come with caring for someone, find support amongst peers who share similar experiences and openly express your feelings around being a caregiver.&nbsp;Please join us on the third Monday of the month (8/17) at 2 p.m. in the cafe at 514 N. Prospect Ave., Redondo Beach, 90277. Facilitated by Beach Cities Health District’s Care Managers Joy Schmidt, LCSW and Rudy Diaz, ASW. In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association.

Keep Breathing Yoga offers year-round outdoor classes on the sand at Knob Hill in Redondo Beach, California. Since 2012, Kerri Sheybani has welcomed students of all levels to practice yoga with the Pacific Ocean as their backdrop. Kerri is a Registered Yoga Teacher affiliated with Cloud Nine Yoga. Her Hatha flow classes combine breath and movement to build strength, balance, focus and mindfulness, while the sand adds a natural challenge to the practice. In addition to beach classes, Keep Breathing Yoga hosts yoga retreats in locations such as Ojai and Murrieta.
