The program brings officials from cities worldwide together to sharpen negotiation skills on issues like road safety, redevelopment, and public finances. Lessons learned are meant to translate into more effective, resident-focused agreements back home. 
• Colorado high school football has new conferences for 2026-27 seasons (coloradoan.com) — Arvada and Arvada West football fans will see new league lineups starting in the 2026 season, as CHSAA reshuffles conferences statewide and mixes classifications.
