• 'Taste Of Ellington Week' Proposed For 2027 (patch.com) — Ellington officials are exploring a 2027 "Taste of Ellington Week" to spotlight local businesses, alongside other efforts to boost the town's economy and visibility. The Economic Development Commission also set its next business networking event for Oct. 21 at Earthlight Technologies and reviewed feedback from the 2025 Shop Ellington campaign to improve this year's promotion.
