• Enfield Development Would Bring 358 Homes (patch.com) — A major redevelopment of the former MassMutual campus in Enfield could bring 358 new homes, with 240 units planned in the first phase at 100 Bright Meadow Boulevard. Plans include apartments, townhomes, pools, a clubhouse, and new commercial space, with the application heading to the Planning and Zoning Commission on September 10 for review.
