New Haven assistant principal sexually assaulted student twice in his office, warrant says (ctpost.com) — A James Hillhouse High School assistant principal who lives in Meriden has been charged with second- and fourth-degree sexual assault after a student reported two incidents in his New Haven office in May. According to the warrant, staff alerted child protection authorities, surveillance footage confirmed the student's visits, DNA testing yielded mixed results, and he is free on bond pending an October court hearing.
