The 1892 property offers more than 9,600 square feet, including a dramatic third-floor ballroom and preserved historic details, and is being pitched as a distinctive home ready for a new chapter in town.

The CA$HWORD 2nd Edition ticket was claimed Monday, adding another big win to the state's recent lottery streak and spotlighting the Vernon store as a lucky retailer.
