• Delaware lawmakers advance school construction bill, despite critics (delawareonline.com) — Lawmakers are advancing a bill to require union project labor agreements on large Delaware school construction jobs, and Sussex Tech’s new high school in Georgetown could be hit hard. District leaders warn the mandate might raise that project’s cost by about 22% and $22 million, potentially straining taxpayers while the already-delayed school is redesigned for 1,800 students.
