Just Breathe Yoga Center

Our Four-Week Beginner Yoga Series is the perfect introduction to yoga in a relaxed, fun and welcoming environment. Each class is taught step by step so you can feel comfortable and confident learning some of the most common yoga poses, with modifications to fit your body.
This series is perfect for complete beginners who have never tried yoga, students returning to their practice after some time away, or anyone who wants a better understanding of the foundational poses of yoga. You’ll have plenty of time to practice, ask questions and learn without feeling pressured to keep up. Who knows, you might even make a few new yoga friends!
All classes take place on Mondays from 7:15–8:30 PM.
What to Expect:
During the first three weeks, we’ll break down many of the postures commonly used in a flow class. We’ll work with pranayama (breath), asana (postures), and alignment to help you practice safely and confidently. In the final week, you’ll put everything you’ve learned together in a one-hour yoga flow class.
Cost: $64
Pre-registration is required. No drop-ins. The Beginner Yoga Series is non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates.
